During the winter months and into spring, it’s common to see various types of flu and cold viruses circulating the environment, which can affect many people, including pets. Contracting one of these ailments can have profound negative effects on productivity and general well-being. Don’t worry too much, though! Preventative measures, such as exercise, sleep, proper hydration and a healthy diet can boost your immune system, which is your body’s main protection against infection. Our recipe for a simple, immune-boosting tea is easy to make and can be sipped throughout the day.
