Our recipe for a simple, immune-boosting tea is easy to make and can be sipped throughout the day.
“Immuni-tea” Recipe
(Serves 1)
- Combine two or three herbs (1 Tbs each) and place into an empty tea bag or tea strainer. If you are using fresh herbs, chop and mince before using.
Basil
Echinacea
Elderberries
Ginger
Lemongrass
Licorice Root
Rosemary
Thyme - Steep bag or strainer in a large mug, filled with 8-12 oz of boiling water.
- Let steep for 10-15 minutes before serving.
- Whisk in spices (ground ginger, cinnamon or cardamom) for added nutrient boost.
