Organic Superfood Smoothie Recipe
1 Equal Exchange banana, peeled
1 Equal Exchange avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup of milk or milk substitute (Vanilla Almond milk or Coconut milk – yum!)
Pinch of sea salt
2 tablespoons of local, raw honey (less, or more, as you desire)
Put in blender, blend until creamy (30 seconds) – voila!
